What's your gateway jazz album?
I'm curious — what album first got you into jazz? Mine was Kind of Blue. That opening track just transported me somewhere else entirely.

Review: Kamasi Washington Live at Blue Note
Just saw Kamasi Washington perform last night and it was absolutely transcendent. His energy on stage is unmatched. The whole band was locked in for a 2-hour set.

Best jazz clubs in NYC?
Visiting New York next month and want to hit the best jazz spots. Any recommendations beyond the obvious ones like Village Vanguard?
